    Love this hotel. Central location close to station. Nowadays getting check out at 12pm is a bonus. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff really helpful.

    I checked in early for my stay. I knew my room would not be ready but Inwas happy to leave my bag at the hotel while I enjoyed looking around Leeds. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I think there needs to be table lights on the side tables - I didn’t like the spotlights above the bed. No bottles of water in the room which was disappointing. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

    Location of the hotel was the only thing that is good about the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is old, need to be renovated and the beds are not comfy at all. No concierge, we had a lot of luggage and struggled to take them up and down by ourselves, only the trollies are available without any help of the staff. Furniture and beds need to be changed to accommodate the price that is paid!
