Our standard room was a quite small compared to other people in our parties rooms. No drawers and a hanging rail that projected into the passageway. Otherwise the Hotel was exceptional value for money. Very well decorated and helpful friendly staff. Would go again but request a "larger" standard room. Good breakfast buffet, though very busy and struggles at peak times.
Room size, lack of drawers or wardrobe, Hanging rail that projects into the room intrusively. Other standard rooms are better equipped and roomier.

It’s in a great location, easy to walk in to the main areas.
Water is provided in your room on day one. If you stay more than one day they will not replace the water. We asked at reception on our second day to be told if we wanted water to go to the bar and get a glass of tap water. Reception staff very dismissive. Although I don’t expect a view with a city centre hotel, the view was of the bins at the back of the hotel, which also meant the wake up at 6am when they were emptied!
