Overall hotel experience was good. Rooms, cleanliness, staff hospitality and the dining facilities were all great. Location is very central. Very close to station also.
Climate control should allow cooling also. It got very warm and the climate control was set to allow heating only. We had to open the windows in the night but that added noise. It was still winter when we visited but the room was warmer than our requirements. Hence cooling was required but AC controls were locked to heating only.

Really nice welcoming vibe, bedrooms were spacious & comfy, breakfast was great! Asked the staff ahead of time if they could put balloons or something in the room for my partners birthday & they kindly put up a banner & left a card

The staff were lovely, and helpful.
Bedrooms too hot for sleep. Windows can only be opened a small amount, and one side of the hotel suffers from traffic noise. The bathroom has a mirrored entrance flap rather than a conventional door (not good if you like privacy). Extremely hard bed.
