Location was first class. Room was large and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was of a good standard

The bathroom contained someone's nail clipping on the floor at the side of the bath and a section of the carpet near the door was threadbare, also on some of the corridor.

Room was available on arrival, slightly early. Bed very comfortable, Tia on the bar was very helpful and pleasant. Perfect location in the town centre. I heard no corridor noise. Good facilities in the room. Lift very quick. Reception staff helpful.
Facing the Light so very noisy as loud music playing.
Shower temperature was very temperamental and went from freezing to boiling and back again throughout my shower.

So clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Staff were very friendly too. Love how checkout is 12pm. Hotel is within walking distance to everywhere we went and train station too.

Great city centre location, spacious rooms, decent hairdryer, nice and quiet, the room was generally clean (apart from all of the dust).
The TV had no signal for the whole of our 3 day stay - staff did not offer any compensation. The room was clean but very dusty - the telephone in the bathroom (!) was thick with dust and were the corners of the walls. It's obviously been a nice hotel in days gone by, but it's just very old and in need of a refurb.
