About this house rental
Welcome to our modern, high quality single family home for the whole family. In the middle of the Höri peninsula, south-facing hillside, with plenty of space all around, just 5 minutes drive from the lake. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds there are 2 bathrooms in the house. On the upper floor (barrier-free) there is a large, modern and light-flooded living-dining room with an open kitchen, a large dining table with 8 seats inside and the same thing on the terrace. The garden (500 sqm) invites you to relax and play. Outside there is the sauna and a spacious garden shed where bicycles can be stored. A grill is available. A double carport is available for the cars.
The upper floor with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room is barrier-free. In the basement there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with access to the garden and the large bathroom. We heat with underfloor heating and also have a fireplace.
The Höri peninsula not only served as a retreat for famous poets (Hesse) and artists, it has retained this idyllic charm to this day. Anyone looking for hustle and bustle is wrong here, the Höri invites you to experience nature at the lake or on the Schienerberg, culture and culinary delights. There are numerous museums, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the village (5 minutes on foot) and the Swiss border can be reached on foot or via the Stein am Rhein border crossing in 5 minutes. Water sports, hiking and mountain biking (bike park) are the most popular leisure activities on the Höri. In winter sledding, cross-country skiing or downhill skiing on the Swiss mountains. The most important sights can be reached within 30 minutes. B. Constance, the Mainau, Überlingen, Meersburg, Salem etc. The entire public transport network in the region can be used free of charge with the guest card. The village of rails itself is still very original, the symbol of the place, the pilgrimage church of St. Genesius is right next to the house. A great corner shop with fresh products from the Höri is about 100 meters from the house. You can find lots of information and maps in the house or at the Toursit-Info Öhningen. Ideale Basis für die Erkundung der Halbinsel Höri, des Bodensees und der nahen Schweiz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Hier gab es absolut nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts kritisch anzumerken. Es ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und noch besser. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, von der kompletten Küchenausstattung über gefüllte Seifenspender, Bademäntel, Spielzeug, Zeitschriften und und und.... Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter ist unkompliziert und wir wurden vorher und auch während des Urlaubs bestens informiert und versorgt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles und ein dickes Lob.

Vermieter: Top, sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit, nichts zu bemängeln.
Location: Wir waren schon in mehreren Häusern zum Urlaub machen. Hatten aber noch nie ein so gut eingerichtetes Haus wie dieses. Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einzig im Hochsommer könnten wir uns vorstellen das es im WZ durch die große Glasfront sehr warm werden kann. Hier vielleicht über Ventilatoren bzw. Klimaanlage nachdenken. Aber sonst wirklich super toll.
