Good location, good sized apartment and mountains view, gym ok a bit small but good enough, lovely staff very help and La Lup restaurant was excellent, an in room proper espresso machine was a nice touch, nicely decorated and unique furniture. Cleaning staff/manager very help with a lost item
Could have done with bigger pots and pans in the kitchenette and new/better pillows

Bar and gym were nice. The room was nice just had things like the ripped sofa that if fixed would have made it 10/10 but just ruined it a bit
Sofas were ripped and there were no toiletries. Pillows were extremely thin

The bathroom in my room was falling apart. Both shower heads were broken in their own way.
