The location was great, the room was clean and we had all we needed in terms of facilities for our stay. We didn’t cook as there were many notices in the room about the steam setting the fire alarm off and there being a big charge to the room for this - the facilities were there and cutlery, cups, plates and glasses provided.
There was no air conditioning in the room, we stayed in a 34 degree heat weekend which wasn’t ideal with one small fan. There wasn’t enough towels provided at the start and took a long time to rectify the issue and another towel was dropped in the room. The coffee machine didn’t have any coffee to put in it nor a note for the supply’s needed for it so we couldn’t use it. There wasn’t a lot of shower gels etc for the stay, we brought our own but some people don’t but for the length of stay we did that wasn’t enough. The hair dryer wasn’t that great and it only had a hot setting which, for me, isn’t great but that’s just personal preference.
