The location was great with close links to public transport. Nearest tram stop was around 6 min walking distance and once on the tram only 3 minutes from Zürich central train station. Even Zürich airport was very easy to reach under 30 minutes from the accommodation. The more we travelled around the city the more we realised that the location is very good for getting around in the city. We stayed in the top floor, 5th floor, however there was an elevator. The elevator is small but enough to fit two people with an small cabin size bag each. The property was smaller than expected but nice and clean and equipped with everything you need. We did not do any cooking and did not use any of kitchen appliances aside from the fridge. All looked to be in working order. There was also laundry facility in the building if needed. The room was very hot because it being top floor. There was a cooling fan which was great for cooling the room quickly. We arrived later than expected due to an accident on our way on the train and we messaged the property. We got a prompt reply and received the access code to the property. It was all smooth and without any problems. All in all the accommodation met all our needs and was comfortable for our 2-night stay.
Only two things for improvement are the pillows were very soft and could do with much firmer ones. The one main issue was that although we brought an adaptor which we always use when travelling through Europe and always fits, for charging our phones, it did not fit any of the sockets in the accommodation and we had to buy a new adaptor which was very expensive. With all tickets etc being digital, this is something to improve or make guests aware of.

Very clean and tidy
Small - this is not what I would describe as an apartment. It is two bedrooms, a kitchen in the hallways and 1 bathroom.
No living areas to eat food prepared in the very small kitchenette
