what is there not to love about this place. really feels like home. comfortable bed. beautiful view. good toilet and good wifi . nice fridge and stove. will definately book again when i go back. did wish it had a/c but i think thats a euro thing. love the privacy

I was lucky they sent door code, via wifi, before I left my St Gallen hotel as this was my wifi source. If they would have been 15 minutes later, I would have been SOL. It's bad they wait just hours before your check-in time (3:00pm). Most international travelers don't have a Swiss SIM for internet. 2nd issue, you need to take an account of ALL items in the apartment, according to thier list. After you checkout and something is missing they can charge your credit card. 4 items were missing from room A11. 3rd issue, The smart TV is not smart. Washer and dryers in basement, you will need liq..soap. Co-op store very close has everything you need, they take cards. Day 7 of 15 day trip and 3 sm. loads of laundry. 4th issue, Ceiling fan did not work, they brought a small fan next day. It was nice to be able to cook, make coffee, and save money. Hardburke station 13 min walk. My wife's idea to stay in Zurich, smaller towns outside would be better. Kitchen, Coop, and laundry big plus as Zurich is very expensive.
