Location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was very clean. We love white decoration, the room was exactly decorated the way we love this. There were supper store close by. Easy to reach city centre.
Toaster was missing or we didn't find. This could be best if we had as this is essential for breakfast. But we could manage without that. Lift does not land on the desired floor, but this is not a big deal.

Room heating was not satisfactory especially in this cold weather. Bed sheets are not well cleaned.

Cleanliness & room spacious
To improve; main entrance door closes very loudly & bangs hard, which was quite disturbing for 1st floor
Smoking in front of the main entrance, rises into the rooms
The mattress also needs to be changed, as it is no longer in good condition!
