The location was great and very convenient. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, which I really appreciated. Inside the flat there was everything I needed for my stay, and overall the apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped. Cleaner Lucia was also very lovely, friendly, and helpful.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was very disappointing. One male staff member I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, although another female staff member was kind and professional. I also had an issue regarding my boyfriend’s dog visiting me for a few hours occasionally. The dog never stayed overnight, but I was repeatedly asked to fill out forms every time the dog visited. Later, my access to the apartment was blocked because they believed the dog was staying there overnight, which was not true. I was asked to pay 500 CHF to regain access while I was outside in the rain with only 5% phone battery, and the staff member was very rude about the situation. Thankfully, another resident opened the door for me. I also found cleaner Alina very rude and unpleasant in the way she treated me.

Room G003. Good location, near Selnau train station (one stop from Zurich HB) and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Clean.

Room G003. The rooms are accessed by a code, not a key, which is fine but there was no internal lock or additional locking system (e.g. door chain) once you were in the room. The shower door leaked so the bathroom floor would flood, and this went under the door into the kitchen area too. Compact room, little room either side of the bed. Beside plugs not useable with adaptor plugs due to bed headboard surround.

Very clean and comfortable and in a good location with shops nearby. An easy 15-20 minute walk to the city centre.

I’m quite tall so I could reach the shelf containing the plates and pots but a small person would not be able to reach them. The addition of at least one more socket would be beneficial.

Central in Zurich and easy to access with the code

There was a kitchen with a cooker and coffee but no coffee or tea. Was a bit warm in the room with no access to have control on the temperature. Room is really basic. Haven’t seen anyone.
