No toilet paper, missing set of towels, no Ac. Granted they did add toilet paper to the bathroom but the NEXT DAY. So we had to go and get our own toilet paper. Very stupid, customer service is thru an email which is NOT 24/7 as advertised, and it looks like they buy out giant apartment buildings to turn into crappy airbnbs. You should go to a hotel and don’t support a business like this which is just an example of how they are further worsening the housing crisis in major metropolitan cities.
