Amazing garden, pools, views, breakfast. The staff were so friendly at the breakfast and at the reception. We got upgraded into a superior room and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Really calm area, shopping mall on the “backyard”, nicely taken children into consideration.

Interiour swimming pool is very small for such a big hotel, packed with people. Actually you can get into the water, but to swimm or enjoy water massage tools impossible.

Location, free parking and the breakfast
With the price we paid for this room we expected at least a (4 star hotel services).
There was a lot of disappointment: no water bottles and no filtered water and we asked for one they said you have to order it plus service charges. The bathroom has no hotel style amenities only toilet paper The hotel towels were worn out, discolored, and had loose threads coming out. They provided paper cups and cheap coffee. The room lights are either bright or dark no soft color, this is an issue if you have an infant to take care of at the middle of the night.
