Location was amazing amid beautiful landscape
Air conditioning was not available and it was too cold. However the staff almost immediately provided a portable heater.
May be challenging to find parking spot.

The outdoor areas are fantastic for families – our kids loved the pool with slides, the playground, ping pong table, and indoor playroom. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
However, the room itself was very outdated, likely from the 1990s. While it looked clean, my son—who is allergic to dogs—had symptoms in one of the beds, and we often heard dogs barking in the evenings. We were also surprised to be charged extra for linen and towels, and there was no room cleaning during the stay. The check-out time was very early (9:30 AM), especially considering check-in doesn’t start until 2:00 PM, and no late check-out option was available.
