Wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection.
The absolute highlight, though, was the view. The views from the room and balconies are incredible, overlooking the town, the lake, and the mountains. Easily one of the best hotel views we’ve had.
The spa area is also very nice, with a pool, sauna, and other facilities, and it was a great place to relax after a day out.
One thing worth noting: access to the spa is not included in the room rate and costs extra (around €20 per person).

Friendliness of the staff, balcony with amazing views, easy parking, good pool area, good prices for drinks. Brilliant breakfast.
No kettle/tea coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Any drinks had to be from the bar which shuts at 2200.

New hotel,easy accesible free closed and open parking lot
Hotel personel works in limited time period hard to find them when needed,last day housekeeper left one set of towels in room for two as usual personel was not on duty when needed!Beds are uncomfortable and single bed reminded me my military times with tiny width.Well as I experienced better to stay this hotel in summer period as rooms are not warm and really welcoming on winter period with limited service.
