Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good underground garage parking for cars and motorbikes, in walking distance to the see and Riva restaurants.

I really like the good communication with the staff prior arriving (unfortunately we arrived outside the normal check-in hours). Also, the breakfast was very varied and we love the outdoor facilities (ping pong, football pitch, swimming pool and hot tube). Was great for this long weekend in Riva de Garda. Ah! and we got an chocolate Easter big egg! Was a nice surprise!

The room felt a bit small and also a bit impractical to have the washing basin outside the bathroom itself. Also, there was no sheets, but just a cover. My final comment is more for fellow travellers, if you are reading this review: as guests we should be more considerate and help bringing dishes and cups back to the racks once you finished your breakfast, instead of leaving your stuff on the tables. It just shows more empathy towards other guests (that then can find clean tables) and waiters. Lets don't be pigs and clean after ourselves ;)

The hotel was clean, the room was large (we had a junior suite), the staff was friendly, and the location wasn’t bad (500M to the lake and 1.5KM to old town).

Two things: the location of our room and breakfast. Maybe it’s us but,the last six times we reserved a room through Bookings.com, we end up getting a room that they probably wouldn’t rent to guests that reserve directly. Ours was facing north with little view… mostly the garage entrance and the high-rise next door. We were also on the 1st floor, above the breakfast room, where every morning people would drag their chairs across the tile floor, resulting in loud vibration noises in our room. Also , the hotel staff would noisily drag items out of the garage in the early mornings. (See picture 1). Breakfast was plentiful but needs work. The eggs were way undercooked and there was only one very slow coffee machine for the entire hotel, resulting in long queues. (See picture 2).
