The breakfast and location
The hotel is dated and there is not the view I expected from the room and balcony we reserved.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and big! Which is great. The balcony was so nice to be able to open the windows and get fresh air. Also, the breakfast was very good, coffee was great! And the best part for us was that we were taking a cruise, and we were just down from the port, so location was fantastic!
I wished that the room could have had air conditioning to cool it down. It was very warm, but we opened the balcony doors and were able to cool down the room, so we had a solution.

Location was amazing, and the hotel was generally well maintained.
Bathroom was a little unclean - hairs from previous occupant, strong odor coming from the toilet. Bar staff were uninterested in serving - sat for 50 minutes waiting for service and ended up leaving. Housekeepers also let themselves in without knocking.
