Closeness to the port and the bus station.
More towels would be better. The room is old but did what it was supposed to.

Very convenient to walk from Genova Piazza Principe train station. The property has an elevator and will store luggage for you before check-in or after check-out, which is very helpful if you have a lot of bags. The apartment was also quite spacious. Staff were very friendly, even recommending things to do in the city.
It wasn’t dirty but could have been cleaner and smelled like smoke
