Good bedroom, nice staff, parking at the property !
The breakfast was good but when we went at 9am… no more croissants .. ages to have a softer.. maybe because it was Easter and full, just one lady working … but I believe in normal days , it would be better.

The room and bathroom layout were excellent. The shower was great. Pet friendly (€20 for one night for a small dog). Plenty of free public parking at the front of the hotel.

I have nothing to compare it to, as this was my first time in Genoa, and I chose this hotel because it is close to the city center and away from the busy and noisy downtown streets.
I chose a room with a sea view—technically, the sea is on the other side, but here you get a view of the marina with yachts swaying on the waves. The room also had a terrace.
The only thing I would have liked is a roof on the terrace so that you could go out there in any weather, even when it rains.
It was raining the day before my visit, so the furniture on the terrace was wet, and I found this out when I sat down on the sofa.

big room, big bathroom. breakfast was ok.
attached to airport so you can hear the planes land, 15-20 minutes to get to the city. the gym is not as advertised, it is used up and very dirty, and extremely smelly.
