In fact, I stayed at sister hotel Grand Savoia, since that was sproposed to me by Booking.com (?). Thay told us that this is an upgrade to 5 star hotel. I saw it as a downgrade, since the room we got was to small and window overlooking a wall which was 2-3 meters from window. Perfect room to avpoid especially if you’re claustophobic. Nothing else had a special value of 5 star hotel. Bath tube was far from being plesant, and didn’t work well. I dont know whos fault was this “upgeade” but do not propose me enymore such a replacemenr!
Many things - first of all being fer to client, and not give them such a room if you promete it as an upgrade!
