The elegance of the hotel. The breakfast was superb. The staff at reception was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderfully comfortable bed and room, fluffy robe and slippers, spa bath, beautiful decor in the bar, foyer, and restaurant. Well located near the old town and port. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff friendly. The newly renovated spa area was amazing, steam room, sauna, hot rock beds, spa pool, showers and lounge area all available to book for an hour per day. Located directly opposite the train station makes it perfectly convenient. We were celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary and appreciated the bottle of Prosecco in recognition of our anniversary. Would stay again!

Well, Savoia usually stands for quality and prestige… at least it was
We took two premium rooms… both had black fungus on the ceilings… definitely something one should not expect considering the price one pays.
Parking is also a bit problematic After making a complaint to a member of staff, rooms were replaced. just the way you would expect from such hotel. yet…
