Very nice continental breakfast: lot of choice and nice staff. Comfortable beds and helpful receptionists.
We had a good sleep and the bathroom was clean.
Location a bit difficult to reach. Car needed

The staff were lovely, breakfast was great, parking is very well priced for guests and beds super comfortable. Very smart room space planning.
Very very narrow parking slots, dinner at the restaurant was probably the worst we've had in Italy although staff were super friendly. Rooms were renovated but with quite the low standard. It is OK but some finishes feel and look cheap.

- Bathroom dirty and broken in places, everything was very old
