Venue is currently being renovated to our slight disappointment, has the entertainment is really good so looking forward to visiting in the summer and enjoying it again

The location and the car parking permit worked out particularly well for us.
No hot water from the hot tap and quiet noisy from the main road from 8am with drilling but couldn't be helped unfortunately the ear plugs didn't block it out

Comfortable room, great views, tea and coffee making facilities, good location for sea life centre, museums and i360. Good shower. No problem with the room itself.
Parking difficult. Daily parking permit 15 pounds a day nearly double that of last year. Hotel looked closed from the front, side entrance only. Bar and restaurant closed so no breakfasts or meals. All of these details were only given to me on the morning of my stay. Had to cut short my stay due to marathon on Sunday with vehicles in zone c unable to move from 6am to to 1.30pm and expected traffic problems. Expensive compared with other hotels along the seafront facility wise.
