The staff were all so friendly, helpful & happy . Our 2 rooms were huge & looked out over Brighton seafront , they were clean & the beds were ohhhh so comfortable!
The hotel is very clean but it could do with a bit of updating.
I wasn’t overly keen of the layout of the spa , if you’ve been swimming (lovely pool) & want to go for a sauna or use the steam room , you have to walk through the gym which can feel quite cold . But that would be my only complaint

Nice location but car parking difficult.
Friendly staff
I had to cut my stay short with a sudden family illness friday late evening, and asked if the hotel could give me a credit note against another stay.....and the chap on the desk simply said no refunds at all. I wrote to management but havent had the decency of a reply so effectively have paid for 2 nights/2 breakfasts/1 room sea front for 2 nights and have only spent one night there, for price of two
