Clean & tidy property, close proximity to the town. Quiet area at night. Kemptown is a lovely area with a great vibe, has super independent cafes & shops.

The radiators didn’t work in the sea view superior room but it wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need heating on

The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean (good housekeeping). It was close to the seafront, shops and restaurants.
I didn’t feel that it was a luxury boutique hotel, The room was very small, with dated furniture and stains on the carpet. A small fridge on the carpet under a table, not plugged in. The small double bed had a double duvet inside a king size duvet cover. Poor Wi-Fi, couldn’t watch TV as it kept losing signal and crashing. It generally all felt quite basic. Adequate but basic. I would have been happy if I’d booked a budget hotel, but for £130 a night I expected a little more.
