Condo was very nice clean and spacious n near the beach. The bbq was great and balcony was a nice place to sit n unwind! Disappointed that one shower was not working and was advised thru phone message that I would receive compensation/refund but no amount was mentioned. Overall it was a beautiful unit. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Can’t say enough about how comfortable this place is. We stayed during the 4th of July and was able to watch the annual Fireworks Show from our condo! The best and our family loves it. Will stay again!

This is one of the best stocked vrbo's tuhat I have ever stayed in! Plenty of towels, linens, TP, coffee, etc. The secure parking on ground level was an added bonus! The unit was very clean and communication with the property manager was good. I would not hesitate to book this property whenever we go back!

No doubt about it, this is a very cute condo. You can’t beat the awesome location. But I was a little turned off by the maintenance of the property and a few other things within the condo. If there is an HOA, that association is doing a horrible job with the upkeep of the entire complex. The stairs from the garage to the condo are clearly not a priority. It had an old cigarette bud smell to it. So that was a bit of a turn off from the moment we walked in even after I ran upstairs to grab the garage door opener 3 times because each remote wasn’t working properly. When we walked in, our first impression was good and that it was a lot bigger than we anticipated. I opened the closest door near me when we first walked in and it was the stacked (old) washer and dryer. The oldness didn’t bother me, it was the wet towels left in the wash and the blanket that was left in the dryer. That was a bit odd to me. A few other things that bothered me while staying there: -1) the very old sponge left in the kitchen. How am I supposed to wash both of my toddlers’ sippy cups with an old sponge that you have no idea where it’s been. I think courtesy should always be a brand new sponge for each guest (sanitary reasons), or at least leave a couple new ones under the sink. When I complained about that the owner told me to “zap it in the microwave to disinfect it because it is Easter weekend and no one will be able to bring a new one by.” 2) the broken screens on the patio doors. 3) the stains on the bedroom carpet 4) the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were all filled with water and the tiniest bit of hand soap, so basically they are trying to save money on soap lol. 5) the doors in the bedrooms were really hard to open due to the carpet. Whoever designed that place ordered the doors before there was carpet installed. 6) a couple decorative pillows had stains on them 7) the gray decorative throw blanket had a stain on it. *Again, can’t beat the location and it is a cute and big condo but I think the owner can find better people to run that unit better. The little things above a very easy to fix
