Oceanfront Pismo Beach Condo, located right on the world-famous sands of Pismo Beach inside a private, gated community. Watch the waves and sunsets and walk to the Pismo Pier, Boardwalk, and everything downtown. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, split level end unit condo with two large ocean front decks. The living room is located downstairs from the rest of the condo and has expansive ocean views through the large sliding glass door which leads to the lower level of the oceanfront decks, with gas BBQ (propane provided). This bright, light-filled space is complimented with a fireplace and 65-inch Smart-TV (cable channels via app), and also includes two twin-size sofa sleepers (linens are provided). The fully equipped, galley-style Kitchen has gorgeous white granite counters, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, a large pantry space, filtered drinking water, and a breakfast bar with direct ocean views and stools for additional seating. Included in the open kitchen space is the dining room, with direct ocean & beach views from the table which has seating for 8. Just off the kitchen and dining space is the Primary Bedroom Suite with a king bed, 55-inch Smart-TV (cable channels via app), small desk, clothes dresser, and an ensuite bath with walk-in spa-therapy shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, chest of drawers, slider to an outdoor seating area, and Smart-TV (cable channels via app). Second bathroom has a combination jetted tub & shower, and is in the hall across from the laundry room, which has a full-size clothes washer and dryer. The third bedroom is located near the front door and the kitchen, is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, and small desk, also has a slider to the outside sitting area, a Smart-TV (cable channels via app) and a DVD player. All bedrooms have large closets. This property has an absolute maximum occupancy of 6 adults or 9 people, including infants and children.
Additional amenities to make your stay even more comfortable include a 2-Car private garage, soft water, filtered drinking water, and access to the complex pool, hot tub, sand wash station, and pool clubhouse with ping pong table and vending machines.
The Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning, but does include ceiling fans, rents for a minimum of 7-nights due to HOA requirements, and is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door.

Such wonderful memories have been made in the last 23 years staying in “our beach condo”! Because our family has grown, we are no longer able to all stay at the condo, but it remains our central meeting place to enjoy our week stay! Again this year we joined together at various times to enjoy our favorite place to laugh and spend a family afternoon together! Fun was had by all, and we look forward to joining together again next year! Thank you for the memories 🥰

The property has a beautiful setting, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean and pier. The unit was clean and recently updated. Kitchen equipment was plentiful. Great layout for our kids and grandkids to spread out. Some beach chairs in garage but no sun umbrella, sand toys or beach towels. Overall a great week.

We stayed in an oceanfront townhouse and it was wonderful. We sat on the 2nd floor terrace much of the time watching the waves, the surfers, and people walking by. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and a teenager. Coastal Vacations makes booking our vacation easy. The property was clean and well stocked for our week at the beach. Just bring your beach towels and walking shoes and you are set. We love Pismo Shores because everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, the Pier, the beach, the shops. It’s wonderful.
