About this house rental
This spacious three-story condo is designed for making unforgettable beach memories! With two bedrooms featuring private ensuite bathrooms, plus a third bedroom, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. You'll love the ocean views from the rooftop deck and the convenience of a private attached garage. The garage accommodates one vehicle and also features a fun arcade-style bowling machine (Skee-Ball!). A second vehicle can use the provided guest parking pass.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) — perfect for early risers or anyone who enjoys a little extra privacy.
The second floor is all about family time, offering an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Stretch out on the oversized sofas (one of which converts into a queen sleeper) and enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV, preloaded with popular entertainment apps like Netflix. The kitchen is a chef’s dream — fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to whip up snacks or full family meals.
On the third floor, the master suite welcomes you with a king bed and a private bath. A third bedroom features a queen bed. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.
And the best part? A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck where you can take in panoramic views of the ocean, downtown Pismo, and the surrounding hills. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The set up was lovely. Walking to distance to all things in Pismo and very short and accessible drive to SLO, Arroyo Grande and the airport. Having the two car garage was great for our group, as well. The property was extremely clean and beds were comfortable!

Everything was fine with our stay but the day of checkout the keypad on the front door lock stopped working. I called and they answered right away and tried to give me a different code but it wouldn’t work. We were able to lock the front door from the inside and used the garage to exit the property. Not a big deal just wanted to make sure I could secure the property before we left.

This unit was great except for the fact that the tiny bedroom downstairs did not have a ceiling fan and leaving the windows at the street level made my girls uncomfortable and hence the room was steamy and warm with not even a floor fan which they claimed were in the closets - despite a request, we never received them either. Even the top floor bedrooms even with the ceiling fans were very comfortable due to the heat from the terrace. So pretty sleepless nights due to the lack of fans. A few floor fans would have done the trick -
Otherwise very clean and well equipped unit - just as described ! This might work out perfectly for the cooler months :)
