Love the location and cleanliness of this property! No ocean view but the location makes it irrelevant since the building is about 50 yards from the sand. So easy to walk to restaurants as well and parking under the building for 2 cars is also and excellent perk.

Easy walk to everything you need and what a lovely rental! Secure parking and the place was very quiet and clean. Wish there were instructions on how to operate the tvs but we figured it out. Our family had a wonderful time.

This property is just steps from PIsmo Beach pier. The condo was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at “home.” We used the washer and dryer, which worked very well. If you plan to come and go by car take into consideration the high traffic times on the weekend. The one-way streets make it hard to get in and out of Pismo, but there’s a lot to do within walking distance. We had a great time celebrating my mom’s birthday!I would definitely recommend this place!!!
