On a large 7,000 m2 garden, two contemporary new architect houses with bold cubic shapes await you. They are terraced and separated by a corridor leading to the garden. Ideal for two families wishing to preserve their privacy. The view is clear, not overlooked, on the countryside, the peninsula of Saint Jacut and the bay of Lancieux. The garden borders the GR 34 and the greenway 4. The house is bathed in light. Baie de la Beaussais 10 mins walk. Great tranquility. St Malo, Dinan, Dinard 30 mins by car. Modern and casual interior style.

Very nice and bright house, beautiful volume of bedrooms, beautiful terraces. Hiking path at the end of the garden with routes provided by the owner, good walks to do. Wild coast with very beautiful beaches. We take advantage of the calm of the countryside while being close to the beaches and the magnificent town of Dinan (not to be missed). We had a great week.

17 nights spent at "La Beaussais" which leave us with an excellent memory. A very pleasant gîte ideally located between Cap Fréhel and Saint-Malo. The residential environment is significant. The "rural" setting guarantees absolute silence; ideal for resting and recharging your batteries, while enjoying the splendor of the Emerald Coast. Thank you of course to the owner, Pascal, friendly, available, who offers quality accommodation ... An essential address in the Côtes d'Armor!

La semaine passée avec nos enfants dans ce superbe gîte nous a parue bien trop courte ; le beau temps nous ayant accompagné tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons pu profiter de la région qui regorge de possibilités en tous genres. Chacun y a trouvé son compte.
La maison est lumineuse, avec une vue dégagée sur la campagne, proche de la côte (baie de Beaussais, plages, port du Guildo, ...) , pratique et bien équipée. La literie est confortable.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à la relouer car nous n'avons pas épuisé toutes les possibilités de visites et d'activités qu'elle permet.
