It is located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of VAL ANDRE and its customs path. Very close to the port of DAHOUET with its shops: bakery, local grocery store, cafes and restaurants.
The seaside resort is very lively in summer and many activities are offered there: water sports, sea trips to the island of Bréhat, sand yachting, surfing, paragliding, hiking, tennis, golf, marine spa ...
* Splendid landscapes all along the Penthièvre Coast: CAP d'ERQUY, SABLES D'OR LES PINS, LES HOPITAUX, CAP FREHEL ...
* Admirable cities less than 1 hour away like ST-MALO, DINARD, DINAN, CANCALE without forgetting the famous MONT ST-MICHEL 100 km away.

The house on 3 levels is composed of 2 apartments communicating by an internal staircase. The entrance doors are separate, which allows a certain independence: ideal for meeting up between several generations!
At the rear of the house, a pretty, fully fenced garden with trees for guaranteed moments of relaxation (lounges, deckchairs, barbecue).

- private parking 3 places
- wifi, lockable bicycle storage
- folding baby bed, high chair and bathtub
- rental contract to be signed for stays> = 7 days
- sheets not provided but possibility to rent on request (15 €)

The house was ideally located closed to the beach town and port. Sylvie was the perfect host she ensured we were settled and had everything we wanted and gave us great recommendations we would definitely recommend 5 stars from us

Beautiful house, fantastic host, superb location, short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to Dahouet Port. The house is perfect for large groups, plenty of space, very well equipped and a beautiful large garden. Sylvie is a very knowledgeable and attentive host. Thank you Sylvie for a lovely holiday

Super séjour dans cette maison de famille rénovée avec goût. Les 2 étages très pratique... tout y est. Des espaces pour chacun enfants comme adultes. Pas loin des premières plages.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Sylvie est une hôte très sympathique et très disponible. La maison était parfaite pour notre configuration. Le jardin est très agréable.
