About this cottage rental
The cottage has been labeled "Gîte de France" and "Clé Vacances" since 2014. It is equipped with a large dining room -living room with fireplace.
The kitchen area has a fridge, an oven with hob (gas and electricity) and a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The necessary to eat and cook is available on site: dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and coffee pod machine, kettle ...
2 caterers will deliver hot meals on site if you wish otherwise you can shop in 2 small areas 3km or a large area 7 km.
Within a radius of 3 km 2 restaurants are: culinary or classic. Beyond in within 7 10km many other diverse restaurants can accommodate you.
We can accommodate 14 people in single beds or match your request couples beds. Each room has a private shower room with toilet.
In winter the house is heated by geothermal energy and the temperature is very comfortable.
Four garden rooms allow you to lunch on two terraces safely by monitoring the barbecue.
A large garden will be fun for outdoor enthusiasts, a large playground allows children and small children to play ping-pong, hopscotch, Breton pucks ...
Private parking is available and a closed place to store your bikes.
A washing machine is available in the house and a place for drying clothes away.
A deposit of 500 euros is requested on your arrival and returned the day of departure.

Nous avons passé un excellent WE en famille. Nous avions loué tout le gite. Très bien placé pour de superbes ballades sans prendre la voiture et pour visiter la cote nord (Cap Frehel, valandré...). Le préau est un vrai plus pour les enfants et la table de ping pong, le jeu de palets ont été également très apprécié.
A refaire !

Le gîte "les mouettes rieuses" est particulièrement bien adapté à la vie d'un grand groupe ( nous l'occupions dans sa totalité y compris le studio). Le gite est très confortable sur tous les points ( espace, matériel à disposition, ustensiles et appareils ménagers, literie de qualité, lits faits à l'arrivée, propreté irréprochable, déco agréable, documentation à disposition généreuse et intéressante)La présence d'une salle d'eau ou bain contiguë à chaque chambre offre un confort très appréciable.Les extérieurs sont très agréables avec jeux anciens, mobilier de jardin etc .
L'environnement maritime et champêtre est très fourni, une semaine n'est pas suffisante pour en faire le tour.
L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, ils sont présents tout en étant très discrets.
La description de la location et sa situation est très claire et correspond à la réalité.
Nous avons dîné à Hillion "au bon st Nicolas" où là aussi l'accueil a été agréable.
Nous recommanderons cette location et nous espérons revenir en groupe passer encore un moment de convivialité semblable à cette semaine de mai. Merci à Mme Guernion.

Super séjour ! La région offre de magnifiques ballades à moto et à pied. Le gîte est parfait pour passer des moments conviviaux comme ceux passés ce week-end. A refaire et en plus long ! A bientôt La famille de motards
