About this house rental
In the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, we offer this charming 150 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room on the garden level
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200) and balcony overlooking the garden
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bedroom 5: with two single bunk beds, with balcony overlooking the garden
- Three bathrooms
- Three separate WCs
Exterior:
Enjoy the 300m² fully enclosed garden facing south/southwest.
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Friday morning market in Val André... The Val André town center is a 15-minute walk along the seafront promenade...
2 beaches less than 10 minutes' walk away, plage du Val André and plage des vallées.
Transportation :
Here's some information you may find useful regarding transportation:
- Bus stop: parking de la moinerie, less than 5 minutes from the house.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, 115km
- In summer, a free shuttle bus runs throughout the resort (stop at parking de la moinerie).
Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
