The accommodation is as follows:
On the ground floor, you will discover a magnificent 85m² living room with a well-stocked library, perfect for reading enthusiasts wishing to relax in a peaceful space. Next door, a spacious living room invites you to share convivial moments around a large table that can accommodate all your guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for food lovers. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and enjoy local specialities, while an elegant fireplace harmoniously separates the living area from the kitchen, adding a warm and cosy touch to your stay.
Also on the ground floor is a master suite (queen-size bed (160×200)) with its own sea-view bathroom, separate toilet and fully-equipped laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find a superb, light-filled living room with uninterrupted sea views. This unique space gives access to a large terrace where you can relax or admire the magnificent sunsets.
The elegant and spacious master suite (king-size bed (180×200)) also boasts exceptional sea views, making for an unforgettable wake-up experience.
The first floor comprises 3 further bedrooms, with 2 double beds (140x190), 2 single beds, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
This house is the ideal setting for unforgettable moments, combining comfort, charm and authenticity, all overlooking the sea.

The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in very pleasant surroundings, just a 5-minute walk from the beach at Port Morvan, and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful fishing port of Dahouet and the seaside resort of Val André. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Gite La Cour Beautiful place, beautiful house, beautiful view. Very clean and nice. Several beaches to reach by a little walk. We loved our stay there, everything was absolutely perfect.
