The spacious apartment with 70sqm over two levels is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Ideal for 4 people. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom are located in the upper area. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen-living area, a fully equipped kitchen with hot plates and oven, refrigerator, sufficient dishes, pots and cutlery, a coffee machine and a kettle. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fans, on the windows with mosquito nets. The large courtyard with its stone walls, the wall niches, the citrus trees, an old wood oven for baking bread and the flowers and herbs invites you to linger and the pleasant atmosphere is reminiscent of the simplicity of village life. The apartment has a terrace in the courtyard and another with a wonderful view of the Messara plain, the Asterusia and Ida mountains. Seating is available.
Horiatiko Spiti is quietly located in a side street, at the same time you are only 100m away on the beautifully designed village square with taverns, mini market and other shops.
We are open all year round and the so-called winter months also offer a pleasant climate and lots of exciting things to discover.
For example our olive harvest which starts in January we produce our own organic olive oil.

My stay this year in the wonderful and cosy holiday accommodation of Maria & Michalis was already the second and certainly not the last! I spent a week in Crete with friends and you really couldn't ask for a better base for a holiday in the quiet and relaxed south of Crete. The two-storey flat we rented had great facilities and you can make yourself comfortable on two terraces and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The beautiful village of Sivas, where the accommodation is located, offers everything you need within walking distance, from a small supermarket and pharmacy to numerous tavernas. What's more, the two hosts are really super friendly, help you at any time and give you great tips for excursions in the neighbourhood. We would love to come back next year!
