Lovely light spacious well equipped house, fun hot tub, nice garden with lots of space and garden furniture, plenty of parking, good security.

Fantastic place to stay for a family get together for a 60th birthday.
The kids (and big kids) loved the huge trampoline, the dog loved the huge garden, the adults loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Indoors was equally as spacious with plenty of room in the common areas as well as the bedrooms. Handy to have the washing machine, dryer and line as well. Very thoughtful welcome pack left for us on arrival and Melissa was really responsive when I messaged with queries.
Location is good - you do have to drive everywhere, but there’s a footpath to fields within walking distance of the house which was great for dog walks.
Double room with wet room en suite was handy for our elderly relatives.
One double bedroom is a bit smaller than the others and a bit of a squeeze for two people but otherwise the rooms were perfect. Also note that the two single rooms are downstairs at opposite sides of the house - this wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing for future guests.

The whole house was fabulous from the decor to the facilities available. The kitchen was well equipped variety of wine glasses was realy good
The decor was great each room was indivudual with everything coordinating
