Nestled on a private road right near the seafront with sea views in charming Emsworth, Harbour View is a fabulous three-storey property offering spacious accommodation, perfect for a memorable coastal getaway.
As you enter the property, the large entrance hall leads to the first king suite with sitting room, sitting area, kitchen and a handy utility room. There is also aground-floor shower room. The kitchen, which is is great for outdoor dining prep, opens directly onto the pretty partially walled garden, which has plenty of seating for al fresco drinks and relaxing evenings.
Head up to the first floor, where you'll find the main kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering with a double electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, mocha maker, and all the essentials. The kitchen flows into a cosy snug, perfectly positioned to take in panoramic water views.
Also on this floor is the dining room, offering comfortable seating for up to eight guests and more glorious views across the water. Two of the well appointed double bedrooms are on this floor, one with sea views, these rooms share a stylish family bathroom.
The second floor is home to the luxurious master king bedroom, where you'll wake up to spectacular sea views. The spacious sitting room is the perfect place to unwind, with plenty of comfortable seating and direct access the balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the water.

This beautiful home is positioned a stonesthrow from the beach. Emsworth is a lovely village right on the Hampshire/Sussex boarder. From the house you can follow the water into the village by car on or foot within a couple minutes. The village itself is fantastic and packed with local independent shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants and pubs. If you want a real treat book yourself a table at Fat Olives, the food is out of this world! For a fabulous Sunday lunch or more casual dining the Kings Arms is within walking distance too.
There are beautiful coastal walks along the beach to Langstone and all the way to Halying Island so you can explore the area free from traffic and noise.
For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Emsworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina.
Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Emsworth making Beach View the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
