About this house rental
Seawhispers is located on a private estate ,on the most southern point of Hayling Island.Overlooking beautiful safe green space.We also have a tennis court available for your use .The green is a very safe place for children to play .
At Seawhispers we offer plenty of off street parking for uptown 2 vehicles.
Our beautiful Contemporary Home is great for those wanting a quite getaway by the beach ,which can be accessed by a short stroll across the green (less then 2 mins walk ).
The house has a stunning balcony overlooking a beautiful Nature Reserve,with distance sea views, and gorgeous sunsets.

Cracking spot overlooking a nature reserve next to the sea on a small private estate. Bifold doors to upstairs patio provided an excellent view and stars on the clear night We were there over the easter weekend eating both in and out while there pubs and restaurants were nearby and could be easily walked to. Beach was close and easily accessible as was the promenade. It was chilly at night and whilst the heating easily stopped it from being cold it was fresh in the downstairs bedrooms even when upstairs living area was baking. We struggled to open all of the windows and the freezer needed to be defrosted there was no hope of getting the ice tray out. Shower was good, oven handled easter dinner well. Place was really clean but the sofa had been clearly had drinks spilled on it the past and could do with a proper deep clean to remove all trace of it. All in all a very nice place but a bit of love would help make it stellar.

We found the property to be nearly perfect for our needs. We were very comfortable. It was wonderful looking out over the nature reserve with the sea beyond. And lovely beach walks are just minutes sway without getting the car out. There was an initial problem getting in but Andreas responded very quickly to help us and we had no problems thereafter. The property has steep narrow stairs with no bannister one side and only a partial one the other. No problem to us but to those with mobility issues, for example very elderly visitors, it might be a consideration, especially as the bathroom is downstairs and the open plan living area is upstairs.

Nice clean and chilled place to stay, owners are super helpfull, close walks to the beach, nice view from balcony overlooking a nature reserve, the odd cow walks by too. Quite pricey for what it is but i enjoyed my stay here, not really any big complaints although the stairs are pretty steep and narrow, a few fixtures and fittings could do with updating but overall a nice place, Many thanks👍

The lack of some kind of support at bottom of the stairs. Not just me aged 77 but my friends also questioned it.
NO FIRE ESCAPE
Lack of games for rainy days/quiet evenings.
Would have preferred shops nearer.
We. DID enjoy our stay in your clean comfortable accommodation.
