It takes approximately 8 minutes to amble/walk to the water front or a 2 minute drive where parking is available. From there the walk into town takes a further 12 minutes along the waterfront, taking in the scenic views of the estuary, Hayling and Thorney islands. You should find plenty of yachts, windsurfers and paddle boarders out on the water when the tide is in.
The hosts at Brook House welcome a well behaved dog by request. Please contact us in advance of making your reservation.
