About this house rental
With stunning sea views and a peaceful location on the beach, this stylish holiday home sleeps up to 10. Enclosed garden with direct access to miles of shingle/sand beach.
Seascape is ideal for families, small groups or watersport enthusiasts. The island is popular for sailing, kayaking, kite & wind surfing, SUP, fishing, hiking and cycling.
The property benefits from having living spaces (and the kitchen) on the first floor (taking advance of the excellent sea views) whilst all the bedrooms, plus the bathrooms, are located on the ground floor.
Ground floor:
2 super king/twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom
1 double room
1 bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeping 4)

First Floor:
Open plan living/dining/sitting area with patio doors opening onto a roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Other things to note:
The shingle on the beach in front of the house is sometimes very steep in order to protect our end of the island from flooding. In order for you to access the beach most easily, turn right out of the garden gate and walk 75 metres along the promenade to the steps that connect the beach to the car park.
Twice a year - in the spring and autumn, there is a program of works on the beach to replenish the shingle on the beach and to prevent local properties from flooding. This may cause disturbance to guests when they are operating machinery right in front of the property.
