The Studio is lovely. Simple, natural but elegant. Very clean and had everything I needed. I walked to the beach but it is a bit of a longer walk, not easy in the heat. The veranda is great, you can see the stars at night and has a beautiful view of the beach. The housekeeper Nikki is very welcoming and makes you feel in good company. Very much recommend!

This was my first visit to Patmos. Loukia is the perfect hostess. Attentive, hospitable, easy going and a pleasure to be with. The studio is the perfect size for one or two people. Immaculately clean, spacious with lots of light and a nice breeze and air conditioning if wanted. The terrace is very well equipped and has spectacular views of the surrounding hills and the sea which is only a short drive away. I am quite particular and have high standards and there is nothing I can find at fault with this listing. The housekeeper who came daily was utterly charming and trustworthy. Overall I was extremely pleased with the accomodation and couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this magical island. I highly recommend staying here, I will be back!

Great place and good location with easy access to the main beaches and the main villages. The apartment is very nice and the terrace is a gorgeous place to relax after a day at sea. Very well organized space in pristine conditions with 'all-you-need' at hands reach. The property is very well laid out with good privacy and easy parking.
Loukia and Konstantin are great hosts and it was a real pleasure to meet them.
