This simple, yet sophisticated, cosy apartment offers captivating views of Kampos beach, and is the perfect setting for a relaxing and unwinding holiday experience.
Petrino consists of two bedrooms, each one offering its own en suite bathroom. The one bedroom features a double bed and the other features bunk beds and one single bed. The apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The apartment’s highlight is its spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals, relaxing and enjoying the exquisite view. Petrino is part of a 3 apartment complex that share a common terrace. Each apartment has its own terrace area with outdoor table and chairs.
Surrounded by a large piece of land and built with local stone, Petrino overlooks the plain of Kambos and the sea.
Linen and daily cleaning service are also included in the price.
The apartment is located, at the beautiful and peaceful area of upper Kampos, overlooking Kampos beach. It is a 5 minutes walk from the village square, where you can find a taverna, an Internet cafe, a coffee bar and a mini market. The popular beach of Kampos is only a 10 minute walk from the house. The beach offers two very good tavernas and a beach bar. Skala, the main port, is at 4km. Skala, is also the commercial centre of the island where one can find restaurants, shops, super markets, bars and nightclubs. Patmos’ historic main town, mediaeval Chora, is built at the top of the hill, around the fortified monastery of St.John and is at 6km from the house.

We had a very nice stay at Nicolettas Place. The Place was very clean, well equipped and conveniently situated in Kampos where you can find Some Peace and quiet from the lively City area around the Port. Nearby you will find a very Good Traditional taverna and a Café which Serves Breakfast and Drinks in the evening.
You can Walk to Kampos Beach which is nice and shallow But for exploring all the other beautiful beaches we would recommend a rental car.
We were 3 people staying there and found the Place very spacious with its 2 seperate bathrooms.
Nicoletta was a very Friendly and welcoming Host, we can Definitely recommend staying at her Place.
