About this house rental

Barn just finished renovating to renovate composed on the ground floor from large living room with dining area and relax and through a bow you access the kitchen with counter in the room there is also a washroom with washing machine. From the living room and kitchen you can access the covered veranda. Upstairs there are three rooms. A double with gabina wardrobe and private bathroom complete with shower and two other double bedrooms and one with two sun lounges also these with private bath complete with shower.

A fabulous converted barn surrounded by olive trees. (7000 owned and harvested to make oil by the villa’s owner). Very kind people who live nearby, respond very swiftly to enquiries but leave you to your own devices. Very well equipped kitchen if you wish to self-cater. Car essential, very good nearby Coop in Caldine. Mario’s restaurant 2km brilliant and there is an excellent butchers next door. All in all a fabulous place. Thank you Paola

We have rented 4 different properties over 5 consecutive years. This one has been our favorite and we plan on returning. Paola ensures a positive experience and is very responsive. A car will be needed as the location is in the Toscana countryside. A train station and grocery store are 5 minutes away.
