About this house rental

Close to parasailing, rock climbing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Terme Grotta Giusti or the 5-minute drive to Museum of Contemporary Art and the Twentieth Century (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 2691-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

A living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace are featured at this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Beautiful home in a breathtaking location! It is a perfect central point for visiting all locations in Tuscany. The house has everything you need and is spdead out on 4 floors so everyone has privacy.Gianluca is a very gracious host and makes sure everything is top notch during your stay. I would definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience!

Very nice renovated medieval farm house. Rustic interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good directions for operating the appliances. The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top.

This was a great location for us to base our stay. The house was charming and comfortable for our family of 6. Some features took some getting used to for us - the coffee machine, washing machine and the garbage system but the host left detailed instructions and was readily available for questions. Staying over the holidays we appreciated the Christmas decor in the house. There was a fantastic restaurant across the lot and the views from the property were outstanding. The drive up to the property is steep and narrow (not a problem for us at all but just something to note). This house/location is great for an authentic Italian countryside experience. It’s less than an hour from Florence and Pisa. Several restaurants in town and a large grocery store less than 15 minutes, my only suggestion is to add a place to relax (couch) area - there are several beautiful patios with furniture that would have severed this purpose but it was too cold for us to be out on the patios for an extended time.
