Recent construction,very peaceful,real countryside, surrounded by olive trees. The most important culture sites as Montecatini, Pistoia, Vinci, Lucca, Florence..ecc., can be joined in less than one driving hour. The owner will be glad to help you in any of your questions. For those who like to taste some typical plate, the owner and professional chef Claudio will be glad to cook for you - on request - once personally!

Loved the first floor of this house. Great kitchen which was very well equipped, comfy lounge, 2 good bedrooms and bathroom. The lower floor was a bit dark in the bedroom and I was surprised to find the 4th bedroom was a sofa bed in the 2nd kitchen. The outside areas of the house were lovely, with a great sitting area/ patio and pleasant pool.The house had all the equipment that you could desire and was near Larciano which had a good supermarket and lovely restaurants.All in all we had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect from check-in, clean and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The view from the house is stunning, by day and night, and a nice pool to cool off. The house is situated between olive orchards and farms, so you will hear the normal sounds of dogs around, no constant barking. We brought our dog and everything was fenced off by the owner, thanks for that. We had a memorable holiday.

Wir (Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern) haben hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Highlights sind die top ausgestattete Küche, die Chill-Lounge und Essensterrasse, sowie die zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super entspannend war es, dem Pool-Roboter bei der Arbeit zu zusehen und dann in den tollen Pool zu springen.
Es hat einfach alles hervorragend gepasst und wir haben uns trotz Corona perfekt erholt.
