Located among the hills of Cerreto Guidi that dominate the river Awitrno, Il Cigliere is a barn that is part of a recently restored rural complex. It lies in the center of 3 hectares of park with 500 olive trees and woods.
In the living room there are two bedrooms (both with double beds), kitchen, living room and two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), heating, air conditioning, satellite Tv and Wifi.
The living room is characterized by a fireplace and has a sofa / double bed and an extra single bed for a total of 4 + 3 beds; The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer are also available.
Outside you can enjoy a large area, including a rooftop terrace, a barbecue area and a variety of games for children. Private parking inside the property.
The surrounding land is predominantly grown to produce olive oil, and one part is dedicated to orchard. According to the season you can taste products like olive oil, vegetables (which can be picked up directly), and fruits.
