About this house rental
It is located in the heart of Tuscany - Monte San Savino - between Val di Chiana Aretina and Crete di Siena; in the peacefulness of the woods and the olive groves, with a splendid view on the Val D'arbia and Siena. Monte San Savino is a city of art with works from Vasari, Sansovino, and Sangallo. It is approximately 30 minutes by car from Siena, Arezzo and Cortona. Other beautiful and nearby cities are: Lucignano with the golden tree or the Gargonza castle at 5 min. Beautiful trips in the nature are available.
The house has all the needed commodities: equipped kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are organized in 3 little suites: one double room with bathroom, two bedrooms with double and single bed with bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room with a beautiful antique chimney. On the ground floor there is a wide dining hall with a chimney ideal for groups, equipped with a ping pong table. During summer it is wonderful to dine outside or beneath the loggia or take the sun and refresh with the comfortable outdoor shower. Relaxation is guaranteed in the small pine forest or between the olive trees. For the children there is a swing seat, but overall the opportunity to play safely in the field, between the olive trees or the small forest. The owner, Lino, with his sons and nephews, receives the guests and are at your disposal for any need: many times there is a friendship that is born during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and well equipped with big olive garden surrounding it. The views from the top of the hill are splendid. And the hosts are very welcoming.

Das Grundstück liegt abgeschieden mitten im Grünen zwischen Wald und Olivenhain; von den bekannten Zielen sind Arezzo, Siena und Cortona mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön und vollständig eingerichtet und mit seinen verschiedenen "Flügeln" und drei Badezimmern und den Gemeinschaftsräumen gut geeignet, wenn man mit Freunden bzw. einer zweiten Familie verreisen will - jede(r) findet seinen Platz. Und schließlich sind Herr Zanni und seine Familie sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber! Alles Gute Ihnen und Ihrer Familie! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft, die Zimmer großzügig und sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird; eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Giorgio ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und stets behilflich.
Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen auf einem Hügel, was ich als positiv bewerte. Man hat eine tolle Sicht über die Toskana bis Siena und absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist nur über einen etwas steileren Schotterweg zu erreichen. Das sollte man beachten, ist aber kein Problem. Giorgio hat uns bei der Ankunft an einer nahegelegenen Kirche getroffen und ist voraus gefahren. Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Wir waren zum Radfahren in der Toskana und es war eine herrliche, entspannte Woche.

Lino et sa famille nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans leur magnifique maison à Palazuelo Alto. La maison est belle, spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et pratique. En pleine nature et dans la Toscane authentique mais à proximité des villes importantes de Toscane.
