The house is located in the historical centre of Torniella, a medieval village founded around the year 1000.
At the back of the house is a communal garden. Here you will find a gazebo with table and chairs. A brick barbecue is also available for convivial barbecues. Of particular interest is the above-ground pool, which measures 7.30 m x 3.75 m x 1.20 m and is also shared. It is open from mid-April to mid-October. Those arriving by car can park in the square in front of the house, where public parking is available. The flat on the second floor also has two balconies.
This is an old stone house with two flats and a bedroom with bathroom, which share the main entrance and staircase. They have been restored maintaining the traditional structure with wooden beams and terracotta floors. The house offers free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. It is also heated. Thanks to the stone walls, the temperature is pleasant even in the summer months and air conditioning is not necessary. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The first flat is on the first floor and measures approximately 60 m². It consists of a kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. On the second floor is the second flat, also about 60 m² in size. It consists of a 35 m² eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Fireplaces are not in use. The house has a laundry room with washing machine.
Shops and a bar nearby. An excellent restaurant is only 30 metres away. The Val di Farma nature reserve, known for its river and waterfalls, where it is also possible to bathe, is about 1 km away. Other places of interest include: Siena (35 km), the Maremma coast (40 km), San Galgano (15 km), Massa Marittima (25 km) and the Petriolo thermal baths (15 km). The hills surrounding the area are ideal for cycling, walking and mushroom picking, surrounded by lush greenery.
