About this villa rental
The villa has a very original and pleasant and is on two levels. It 'a new villa built in 2014. On entering the ground floor, there is a cozy room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom, upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace where you can admire the view; the house is also equipped with mosquito nets and for added security of our guests also security grilles. Inside a machine for espresso with selected mixtures. Externally the house has a wonderful white wooden porch with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner during the summer. Around the garden square. 5. 000 is shared with the owners who live in their adjacent villa, but given the size of the space you can have total privacy. In the garden, during the summer, you will also find sun beds where you can relax and an outdoor shower where you can refresh. You can also make use of the bikes provided by the owners for beautiful walks. The interiors are all in shades of gray and white dove and everything is designed to make guests feel right at home. The house of SIRO is very close to the center of Bracciano and the lake are both about 4 km., But also close to the beautiful village of Cerveteri (Km. 15 approx) and the sea (the nearest beach is at Km. 16 / 17 approximately). To reach Rome (30 km.) You can also take the car or the train easily (the Bracciano station is 4 km away and Vigna di Valle km 2). For our clients during the months of June, July and August we offer 2 sun loungers free of charge at the private beach of Lake Bracciano. There is the possibility on request to book windsurf, shoulder, weekly sailing courses, horseback riding lessons and horseback riding lessons and tennis lessons.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, war gut ausgestattet (Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden nach einer Woche getauscht) und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist sehr schön gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend.
Hinweise:
Supermärkte sind ca. 2 km entfernt.
Tagesausflüge nach Rom sind mit dem Zug z.B. ab Olgiata per P&R sehr entspannt und günstig zu machen.
Ab und an überfliegen Flugzeuge das Grundstück; Nachts jedoch nicht.
Es sind zwei zutrauliche Hunde auf dem Gelände.
Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne, erholsame Zeit in Bracciano.

Das Objekt liegt sehr schön im Grünen,und sehr ruhigam Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
nach ca. 1,5 km sind die ersten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich
gewechselt.
Insgesamt rundum alles perfekt

We rent this Villa for two weeks. Definitely recommend it for everybody,Who likes nice and peaceful place . Property is pretty big and Been taking care ,really well by lovely owners ,super clean ! Highly recommend !!!
