Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city.

La location e la piscina/vasca idromassaggio sono il plus di questo posto, in campagna ma vicinissimo al paese e al porticciolo turistico. Unico neo, facilmente risolvibile, è la mancanza di scuri alla finestre. In complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, contiamo di tornare

We enjoyed with a family of two adults and two kids (9 and 12) the stay in the room. We had a nice holidays.
You can have a refreshment in the pool, have a nice view on the sea and do some cooking in the kitchen and have dinner while watching the sea. There is no possibility to barbecue, but this is fine. You can access the room directly by car and have a short way with the luggage from the car to the room.
To access the sea it is better to drive by car. You can access seasides with stone beaches or with sand beaches.
