About this house rental
The house has a private entrance and everything you need to enjoy your stay in this nice town by the sea. The house is just half an hour away from Rome and close to the wine areas and archaeological sites of Lazio region! The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of 3/4 people. You will have a private bathroom and kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and living room. The house is surrounded by a big garden with a table, an outside shower, a bbq, a kids’ area with two swings and a ping-pong table. It’s possible to park your car on the road in front of the house. Upon request, it’s possible to have two bikes!

A very nice and prober small house. The village is very lively and people are friendly. You can have every kind of Italian food, sea food and also very tasty pizza.
In the morning the surrounding is a bit noisy because of the train passing near by and a street.

When we arrived at santa Marinella by Train our host picked us up and drove us to the flat.
It was very clean and you even got towels and bedsheets.
The beach is only a few minutes to walk and there are plenty of Restaurants around.
If you stay here you should consider taking a day trip to rome.

Siamo alloggiate in questo splendido angolo di paradiso la casa è una piccola bomboniera curata nei minimi dettagli non manca nulla per avere un soggiorno piacevole siamo state accolte con il massimo delle norme di sicurezza ANTI covid e gentilezza educazione e massima disponibilità il posto rimane in una posizione fantastica vicino ad ogni cosa... Torneremo sicuramente perché posti del genere e persone del genere non si trovano facilmente grazie di tutto
