About this apartment rental
THE HOUSE - 4-5 beds in a modern apartment located on the 1st floor of a building with a large lift and private parking space. The house is approximately 65 m2 and consists of:
- large living room with a 6-seater table, 2 sofas, one of which can be transformed into a double bed (mattress 140 x 190 cm) and TV
- a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with an electric oven and a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- 1 double bedroom (mattress 160 x 190 cm)
- 1 double bedroom with sofa bed with second pull-out bed (mattress 1- 190 x 90 mattress 2- 185 x70) The second pull-out bed is narrower and is suitable for a kid. For children two years old we can provide a cot mod. Chicco camping
- 1 bathroom with a shower
The apartment has a large perimeter balcony with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are ironing facilities and a washing machine.

THE POSITION
The house is next to a small public park.
The sea is at the end of the road, about 100 meters.
The nearest beach is 100 meters away. and it is of pebbles (v. Initial photo). At the center of the town there is a sandy beach (about 1 km).
The center of Santa Marinella with its picturesque harbor where there are many bars and small restaurants, is about 700 meters.
The train station is about 1,000 meters (15 minutes on foot) and you get to Rome in 1 hour.
At 100 meters from the house stops the COTRAL bus that leaves in Rome at the subway stop A - Cornelia stop ".
Several shops and a well-stocked supermarket are located within 300 meters.
The detachment of the Bambino Gesù Hospital is located at km. 2,400
The house is suitable for couples and families; it is perfect for both short and long stays; will satisfy the needs of those who want to see the capital but want to relax in the evening in a smaller center, perhaps with a refreshing swim and is in a strategic position for those who want to explore the upper Lazio and the Lazio Maremma.

Clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Particularly liked sitting on the large enjoying the sun.A large supermarket only a short walk away was a big bonus.Further on from the supermarket was a wide range of cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed eating the locam cuisine.

The appartment is from a very friendly couple who are helpful and easygoing.Good place nearby the beach and good to visit Rome by train. We had a lovely stay.

L’ appartamento si presenta comodo con gli spazi giusti e con un grande terrazzo.
Nel complesso una vacanza da consigliare a famiglie con bambini, ed a chi desidera una esperienza da casa al mare, con i servizi in un raggio di 100mt, compresa la spiaggia di ciottoli.
